I began by carefully inspecting the existing plumbing setup to ensure compatibility with the Flo By Moen smart valve. After confirming the system's readiness, I turned off the water supply to prevent any leaks or accidents during installation. I then removed the old valve, taking care to preserve the integrity of the surrounding pipes. Next, I installed the new Flo By Moen smart valve, ensuring all connections were secure and leak-proof. I calibrated the valve settings to match the homeowner's preferences for water flow and temperature. Following this, I turned the water supply back on and tested the valve to confirm it operated smoothly and efficiently. Finally, I provided the homeowner with a brief overview of the smart valve's features and how to use them effectively.
Upon arrival, I assessed the shower drain, identifying a significant blockage. Using specialized tools, I carefully removed the drain cover. I employed a drain auger to navigate through the pipe, breaking up and extracting the obstruction. After ensuring the clog was fully cleared, I flushed the drain with water to confirm smooth flow. I then reassembled the drain cover, ensuring it was secure. The shower drain now functions efficiently, providing a clear and unobstructed water flow. Throughout the process, I maintained a clean and professional workspace, ensuring no damage to fixtures or surfaces.
I installed a state-of-the-art Express Water Filtration system, ensuring optimal water quality. The process began with a thorough assessment of the existing plumbing to determine the best placement for the filtration unit. I then carefully removed the old system, if present, and installed the new unit, connecting it to the main water supply. I calibrated the system to ensure it was functioning correctly and tested the water quality to confirm the filtration was effective. Finally, I provided detailed instructions on maintaining and operating the new system, ensuring the client could use it confidently. The installation was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption, and the water quality improved significantly.
A thorough inspection of the sump pump was conducted, starting with a visual examination of the pump unit and its surrounding components. The inspection included checking for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion on the pump housing, float switch, and discharge pipe. The electrical connections were also examined for secure and proper wiring. The pump's operational functionality was tested by activating it manually and observing its performance. The water level in the sump basin was monitored to ensure the pump was effectively removing water. The discharge pipe was checked for blockages or restrictions that could impede water flow. The overall condition of the sump pump system was assessed to ensure it was in optimal working order, ready to protect the area from potential flooding.
Upon inspection, the outdoor spigot was identified as the source of a persistent leak. I began by shutting off the water supply to prevent any further dripping. Next, I removed the old spigot using a pipe wrench, carefully detaching it from the existing plumbing. After ensuring the area was clear of debris, I installed a new spigot, making sure it was securely fastened. I then reconnected the water supply and tested the spigot to confirm the leak was resolved. Finally, I cleaned up the workspace, leaving everything neat and tidy. The job was completed efficiently, ensuring the outdoor spigot functions properly without any leak

A clog in the kitchen sink was addressed by first inspecting the p-trap to identify the blockage. The p-trap was removed to access the trapped debris. Using specialized tools, the accumulated food particles and other obstructions were carefully extracted. The p-trap was then thoroughly cleaned and reassembled. The sink was tested to ensure proper drainage. Additional checks were performed to confirm the clog was fully resolved, and the sink was left in optimal working condition.

The service was great and a good explanation of what needed to be done. He had the part as I had sent a picture of the faucet before he got there. Appointment was made and a text message was sent when he was on his way. Very efficient.
